If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify the situation with our suppliers.

If a logistics issue is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase after verification.

Your tracking code will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after your order confirmation.

If your order was placed using a bank slip (Boleto Bancário), the payment processing time may take up to 5 business days to be confirmed.
