Returns & Refund Policy
At SafePosture, our return and exchange policy is designed to provide customers with total confidence when shopping with us.
All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also replace products that are delivered incorrectly or differ from what was ordered.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from your order, please follow these steps:
Contact us with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product details
- Description (and photos, if possible) of the issue
Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed by our quality team. Approval is required before any exchange or refund is processed.
The request must be made within 90 days after receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to process exchanges or refunds.
Your request will be analyzed within up to 7 business days. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a full refund
- Receive a replacement product
- Receive a similar product of equal value
- Receive a store credit (coupon) for future purchases
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Refund Processing
- Credit card refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
- The time for the amount to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card provider
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
If applicable, refunds may also be issued via the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior contact or outside the allowed timeframe may not be accepted
- Products returned without original packaging or in unsuitable condition may be refused
- If a return is not approved after inspection, the product may be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs may apply
Return Shipping Costs
SafePosture is not responsible for return shipping costs in cases of:
- Change of mind
- Exchanges for different products
- Refund requests without product defects
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
